Please notify us in advance of an impending stock transfer that you intend to make in support of WAMU. Knowing of a forthcoming stock gift provides for the earliest possible recognition after the gift is finalized.

It is very helpful to indicate the name of the company and the number of shares. Please be sure to clearly designate your stock donation to WAMU-FM.

Sign the back of the actual certificate(s) before mailing. A security release should also be filled out by you and should accompany the shares of stock you wish to donate.
